Its location was amazing, very close to great shops, supermarket and the hot pools a short stroll away, and restaurants and hot pools. The staff was efficient, and the service was excellent.

Thanks a lot for the relaxing stay for a wedding. The room is good-sized and well laid out with amazing views over Park and close to town. This property is in a particularly good and gorgeous location, close to all main attractions, shops, cafes and spa and snow capped mountains on lounge side. Also, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa is just around the corner.

The staff here were amazing, always ready to help whether it was day or night. My room was a good size and had everything I needed like air conditioning, a balcony, and a TV. 🌟 the breakfast that came with the room had a variety of tasty options to choose from.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Hanmer Springs. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff provided a warm and helpful welcome, and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the amazing view from our room. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Plus, having breakfast included in our rate was a great value for money.
